We the people of room 205, shall treat each other with respect. To form a better class, everyone should be treated equally so we can learn off each other. Everyone should help each other so we can all become known to each other. In order to form a better 8th grade class, we will have rights to feel safe, be happy and the right to be free. We will form a strong government so that we may fulfill these rights. By these rights, we will be one classroom together in grade 8, class 205.
Article I: The Legislative Branch
Section 1:Number of Representatives
10 people shall make the laws of this country. Section 2: Selection of Representatives
Everyone in the class will vote for the legislators. Section 3: Term of Service
Legislators shall serve a term of 4 weeks years. Section 4: Age and Citizenship
In order to serve in the legislature, a person must be a citizen of Room 205 for at least 3 months. Section 5: Impeachment of the President
Yes they should impeach the President. Section 6: Salary of Legislators
Legislators shall be paid the sum of 1 homework pass each 4 weeks. Section 7: Legislative Quoram
The sum of 6 legislators must vote in favor of a "bill" before it becomes law. Section 8: Involvement of the president in the making of laws
Yes, and the president rules the classroom.

Section 1: Length and Limits of Presidential Term
The length is 6 weeks,and limits of 3 Presidential Terms . Section 2: Selection of the President
The President's popularity will effect the vote of Room 205. Section 3: Eligibility for Presidency
13 years old or older. They have to be a member of the classroom. Section 4: Presidential Salary
The President shall be paid the sum of 2 homework passes for 2weeks per year.

Section 1: Selection and Appointment of Judges
Judges Shall be appointed by the President and Approved by the Legislative Branch. Section 2: Term of Judicial Service The Justices shall serve until the end of the school year, unless they so choose to quit, retire, or are removed from theirposition.
